• A comprehensive knowledge of breast care, breast cancer, and women's healthcare
• Previous experience as a grant reviewer
• Proficiency in financial or program management for a community- based organization
• Experience in outreach/education to older, underserved women
• Personal commitment to breast cancer outreach, education, and screening
