Summary: This is a webinar that will review the requirements and protocols for Avon BHOP grantees. It will review the changes to the reporting requirements, data sheet, the diagnostic sheet, media alert form and CIF for 2017. It requires two or more Avon BHOP grant grantee staff attend, particularly those gathering data and submitting reports.
